Right out of the box...

Right out of the box it's pretty cool looking, but looks aren't everything, though. The fit appears to be a one size fits most. I've been told, by my wife, that I have a big head, but the adjustability of this mask still allowed me to use it. If you're familiar with using gas masks, you'll be able to use this just fine. Ease of use is level 1. Put your chin in the chin area, press the mask onto your face, and pull straps from the front of mask to the back of your head. Pull tabs to create a tight fit and good seal. You can test the seal by breathing out, pressing your hand on the air intake, and try breathing in. The mask SHOULD create a suction. If it doesn't, pull the tabs tighter for a better seal. I haven't used it with any filters, yet, but just wearing it around the house I am able to breath easily, the fit is as comfortable if not more comfortable than other masks I've used, personally, and you don't lose a lot of your vision wearing it like other masks. I would say, so far, it's a good value for what you're paying for. 4/5 Will update after filter use.

Fit

The mask fits the face well but adjustable straps do not function well hard to use to get a tight fit . I have other masks that are easy to adjust, this one is hard to adjust the straps do not work smoothly.

What is this?

The mask is missing the Or57x2 band on the assembly nozzle and on top of that it fogs up horrifically meaning you have about 45 seconds before you cannot see anything.The qaulity is okay but the design of mask does not make much sense. The filter is very nice I must say.

You get what you pay for

Great mask and well-made. Built to last.Can you get cheaper on Amazon? Sure, but it will not be as well made as this.Only bad thing is it does not come with a cannister.

My third from MIRA. This is best for gun aiming for hunting or defense.
